Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Navigo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
